Lewenslesse

Composed in 2015 and reworked in 2020. It’s an instrumental solo project by Daniël, founder of BleRòs. After more than 25 years of silence and a new home studio, this was the first composition. Lewenslesse is the South African term for life lessons. It’s about ourselves, how we have to experience life and learn from it in order to grow. The video was made by Arash Malek. He was looking for the inner feelings of the actors telling their own stories in the film. This song is dedicated to his father Raymond, who passed away with Covid at the end of March 2021.
