I am Daniël Lemmens. Proud and happy founder, musician, composer and producer.
Music and art have always been part of my life. I believe they can literally be the source of simple yet true joy. And that is something I would like to share with the world.
At the age of 16, I discovered electronic music through Klaus Schulze and Studio of Electro-acoustic Music, Belgium by Joris De Laet. It was the start of a musical journey, a path filled with curiosity and the passion to hear, learn and feel the impact of music on the soul.
I always wanted to combine my scientific instinct and approach, and engineering talent, with emotions from the heart to create harmony. Because that, in my opinion, is when music makes true sense. I believe this search is never over. That is what makes the BleRòs project infinite, challenging and inviting.
In 1983 I studied Electronic Music and Sound Engineering at the Conservatory of Antwerp. Between 1984 and 1989, I created original music which I performed during multiple smaller concerts.
After this vibrant period, choices needed to be made and although music never left me, I had other priorities to attend to.
Then, life took a turn. New partnerships emerged. And music found its way back naturally. Backed with life’s experiences and lessons, it is with great joy and passion that I want to share my love for music and art in all its forms. BleRòs was born. With the sole purpose of sending positive vibes to the whole world.
